Its core has a 50 * 50mm luminous area, which can generate high brightness ultraviolet rays and has a long service life. It is designed specifically for small area, high-precision local curing and bonding scenarios. The equipment adopts PLC touch control of the electrical box, supporting setting of irradiation duration and delayed start, local or external control, communication mode, and supporting step irradiation mode. The step irradiation function can be segmented to set light intensity and time, and adapted to different production scenarios. Simultaneously equipped with multiple protection and alarm reset functions such as overheating protection, timeout protection, fan fault alarm, etc., to enhance equipment stability and safety.
